Payment Options:
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or PayPal. We use PayPal as our payment processor, but please be assured you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use this service.

Washington State Sales Tax:
By law, we are required to collect 8.5% sales tax on all orders placed within Washington State.

Domestic Shipping Information:
Yarn will be shipped upon receipt of payment, usually the next business day. We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $5 per order for USPS Priority Mail within the United States. Orders of 3 skeins or more ship free! To ensure your yarn gets to you quickly and safely, all orders will be shipped in Priority Mail tyvek envelopes or boxes, depending on the size of your order. You will be provided a tracking number for all orders. Orders of $100 or more will be insured at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping Information:
We are happy to ship internationally! Please know that we are trying our best to accommodate international customers and be fair and reasonable in our prices. As our business grows, these rates may be subject to change to better meet the needs of our customers.

Please note that you will be responsible for any duties or GST/PST that may incur.

Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via USPS First-Class Mail International for a flat rate of $6 per order. Please select 'Canada - First Class Mail' for your shipping option at checkout.

For Europe, Singapore & Australia, we currently offer a flat rate of $12 per order for USPS First-Class Mail International. Please select 'Europe & Australia - First Class Mail' for your shipping option at checkout.

Beginning January 2010, we are offering International Priority Mail as an option to our Canada, Europe and Australia based customers! For Priority shipping to Canada, the flat rate is $25. The flat rate cost for Priority Mail to Australia and European countries is $45. These costs reflect those on the USPS web site, and are for the medium sized flat rate box.

Free Shipping on Orders of 3 Skeins or More (U.S.):
We know economic times are tough, and as a reward to our shoppers we are offering free priority shipping within the U.S. on orders of 3 skeins or more. No coupon code is necessary-this will automatically apply when you checkout.

Yarn Winding:
As a complimentary service to our customers, we offer free yarn winding at your request. If you would like your skeins wound into neat, center-pull balls, simply select 'Yes' as the option for complimentary yarn winding on the page for each yarn you would like wound. Please note that yarn that has been wound is non-returnable for a refund or an exchange.

Quality Photography:
It is of utmost importance to us to take beautiful and detailed, color-accurate photographs of all yarns we have in stock. While colors are accurate on our monitor, we cannot be held accountable for your computer’s settings and some variation may occur. If we feel that a color is not accurately represented, we will make a note of this on the colorway's respective page. Also, if you have any questions about colors, please feel free to contact us!

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your initial yarn order and offer a refund of the purchase price excluding the shipping costs. All returns must come from a smoke-free home in as new, resalable condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges on yarn that has been wound, used or otherwise altered. We also do not accept returns on needles.

Please contact us before returning any yarn so that we know to expect it. In the case of exchanges, it is easiest to place another order for the items you would like in exchange. We will ship your new items out as usual, and simply refund the cost of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping costs, upon receipt.

Lost Orders:
In the rare but unfortunate event of a lost order shipped via First Class mail internationally, we are unable to mail replacements or issue refunds due to our inability to track or insure these packages.
